PT Test (Round 3)
I took my PT test today and I passed! Yay, I'm so happy! About 4 months of working out 5 days a week (2 of those days were strength training with a personal trainer), and I am finally where I need to be. It's a great feeling. Compared to my first failure, I dropped 2 inches on my waist, ran 1 min faster, did 18 more pushups and 3 more situps. I suppose it doesn't seem like much in 6 months, but I'm happy anyways. Now I just need to maintain this and I'll be set for the rest of my Air Force career. I would still like to lose 20lbs. Someday :)
