Happy 12th Birthday, Damien!!!

Damien turned 12 this month. Wow...I don't even have the words. He's truly a remarkable kid and I love him so much. 

For his birthday, Scott and I took him to Pizza Ranch which is a pizza buffet that has an arcade in it. Then we went to a bakery where everyone picked out some cupcakes, and then we went to my place to open presents.

Back to School and Cake

Damien has started 7th Grade this year! So far it seems to be going well. He seems to like his classes and has some friends on his team from last year. 

First day of 7th Grade. It's after school so obviously he wasn't too thrilled lol

For August, Damien and I decided to try out a tuxedo cake (white and milk chocolate). It sounded good, but in my opinion it was only okay. Maybe I had too high of expectations?
